Nar Phu Trek with Thorung La Pass- 22 Days is a customized itinerary created by Bergwelt Nepal for an ultimate experience in Annapurna Region. Nar Phu is a restricted area trek and a trekking trail off the beaten track within Annapurna Region which takes you to the remote villages of Nar and Phu. The trek starts on the eastern side of the Annapurna range and goes through the Marsyangdi Valley of Manang District, which is also the start of Annapurna Circuit. From the village of Koto, head towards the lost valley of Nar and Phu, a restricted area. The settlements and way of life in Nar Phu valley are extra ordinary. We will be trekking through high alpine areas, villages frozen time, along ancient monasteries and ultimately over the thrilling Kang La Pass (5320m). After Kang La Pass our adventure continues again along the Marsyangdi Valley. After an acclimitization break in beautiful Manang village, we will continue our trek towards the Thorang La Pass (5416m). After the pass we descend to the village of Muktinath in the Lower Mustang valley. We will end our trek with a thrilling but a scenic flight back to Pokhara from a small air strip in Jomsom. Trekking in Nar Phu offers less visited trails in unspoiled valleys with constantly changing landscapes, unique way of life, flawless Himalayan views and fascinating ancient Buddhist culture.
